Return Window
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.
Eligible Returns
A return or replacement may be accepted if:
You received the wrong product
The product arrived damaged or leaked
The product was defective
The parcel was incomplete
The product was unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used hair oil products unless the item arrived damaged, leaked, or defective.
Returns will not be accepted if:
The bottle has been opened or used
The seal has been broken
The product was damaged after delivery
The item is returned without original packaging
The return request is made after 7 days
The customer changed their mind after receiving the order
Damaged or Leaked Products
If your Ayroil order arrives damaged or leaked, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us review your request, please share:
Your order number
Clear photos or video of the product
Photos of the outer packaging
A short explanation of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, return, or refund depending on the situation.
Wrong or Missing Product
If you received the wrong product or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
After verification, we will arrange a suitable solution, which may include sending the correct item or replacing the missing product.
Return Condition
Returned products must be:
Unused
Unopened
In original packaging
With all labels, seals, and accessories intact
Packed safely to avoid damage during return shipping
Ayroil reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our mistake, such as a wrong, damaged, leaked, or defective product, Ayroil may cover the return shipping or arrange a replacement.
If the return is requested for any other reason and approved by us, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the available payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, mobile wallet, store credit, or another approved method.
Replacements
If your product is damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement approval depends on product availability and verification of the issue.
Order Cancellation
You may request order cancellation before the order is dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the parcel if it meets our return conditions.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, Ayroil may limit future Cash on Delivery orders or require advance payment for future purchases.
